Wedding Videography FAQS

Questions are always welcomed here at The Picture Poets, so here are some of our FAQs. We love to help our couples every step of the way of their wedding planning journey so if you have a question for our wedding photographers or wedding videographers just give us a shout.

Wedding Video Examples

Typically, a full day package will see us arrive with you at around 2 hours before your ceremony start time to capture the final stages of getting ready. We will then stay until around 30 minutes after the first dance has taken place.
We will discuss the timings of your day in the lead up to your wedding and can be flexible as needed so do be sure to keep us informed of your plans.

The team allocated to your day will be confirmed 4 weeks ahead of your wedding day once personal schedules are in place. The Picture Poets is a collaborative group of photographers who work together meaning that we have support and back ups in place for every eventuality.
Should you wish to request a specific member of the team to attend, be sure to let us know and we will do what we can.

Upon booking, couples must fill out a short information form which allows us to create an invoice and contract on our system and secure your date.
£300 of the invoice is due at this time, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding day unless otherwise stated.

There are a selection of add ons available should couples wish to add on to either their wedding videography or wedding photography packages.

Typically we deliver edited wedding videos within 4 weeks of the wedding day but we are often quicker as we know how keen our couples are to relive their wedding day.

A full wedding Gallery is typically edited and delivered via our online gallery system within 4 weeks of the wedding day, often sooner.
If you have chosen a package that includes sneak peaks then these will be delivered within 48 hours of your wedding day.

This will depend on timings and location so be sure to give us all the relevant information upon booking so we make sure we are able to cover everything you need.
